If 2024 was a year of building and consolidation, 2025 was a year of acceleration. In a six-minute video, we revisit twelve months that changed our history, expanded our impact, and reinforced that sustainability, technology, and livestock farming can go hand in hand without losing efficiency.
We started by accelerating.
The year started off at a fast pace.
ESGpec advanced in the ESG Accelerator program, reached Demo Day, and demonstrated that data, technology, and sustainability in the dairy industry have a real place in the ecosystem. We joined the Biominas Community. We were selected for the SB COP, with a case study published in the Granary of Solutions at COP30. We participated in the InovAtiva de Impacto program and secured the title of National Highlight Startup in the Environment and Sustainability category.
We still participate in Capital Empreendedor, Casale Startups, and Inova Cerrado, with a direct focus on biodiversity.
It was the year in which we consolidated our presence among the deep tech companies in agriculture.
The field was our stage.
If 2025 started at a fast pace, it established itself on the field, on the stage, and in technical dialogue.
Luiz opened the State Milk Forum at Expodireto Cotrijal, presenting real data from the PEC Calc program in Rio Grande do Sul, and also attended the Sinpel event in Lavras.
Bruna returned to IntegraLeite, moderating the panel on Reproductive Efficiency and Well-being. We discussed sustainability in the Cerrado region at Simbov Cerrado. We brought technology and ESG indicators to Megaleite.
We participated in the Carbon Free Summit, deepening our understanding of Brazil's potential to lead the climate agenda.
We attended Zootec 2025, a giant event combining science and innovation.
And we were present at strategic events: Startup Summit in Florianópolis, Open Startups Challenge at Rio Innovation Week, and the Folha de S. Paulo Seminar on sustainable agribusiness.
At MilkPoint, we attended both the innovative Milk Pro Summit and the traditional Dairy Vision.
Our voice has gained reach.
2025 was also the year in which our voice multiplied.
We were featured in Diário do Comércio, Portal UAI, Estado de Minas, Valor Econômico, Globo, Terra, and other national media outlets that broadened the debate on sustainable agriculture.
We participated in Tech & Startups, presenting results from the BEA Score.
At Forvis Mazars, we discuss data, nutrition, productivity, and the future.
And we had a special milestone.
Heloise received the 2025 Sebrae Women in Business Award in the Science and Technology category in Minas Gerais, a recognition that celebrated her leadership and the real impact of the solutions built at ESGpec.
Our presence was also strengthened in Leite Integral magazine, with three columns that marked the year:
We're going to need everyone, nothing is by chance, and time doesn't stop.
In addition, we held live events that broadened the debate on sustainability and Brazil's role in the climate transition.
Specialized media and the impact ecosystem have reinforced the idea that sustainability in livestock farming is not a trend, it's a reality.
Content that became tools
2025 was a year of great delivery of applied knowledge.
We published:
a translated reading of the National GHG Inventory for agriculture
the technical guide to methane mitigation additives
A comprehensive e-book on behavior and well-being, summarizing the special edition of the Journal of Dairy Science.
Analyses on California, the carbon market, COP30, AI in milk, innovation in Northeast Brazil, ESG trends, and much more.
In addition, we produce special e-books on regenerative livestock farming, the carbon market, and a clear and straightforward guide to methane in livestock farming.
The PEC Blog has established itself as a living library of technical knowledge, accessible to producers, technicians, companies, and institutions.
Brazil for the world
2025 was the year we crossed borders.
The BitS 2025 mission took us to Spain.
As a direct result of this mission, Bruna represented ESGpec at Eureka Brazil–Spain, presenting solutions that connect research, fieldwork, data, and climate.
And our international presence gained even more strength at COP30.
Bruna participated in global debates on livestock farming, climate, and methane, bringing the vision of regenerative agriculture and Brazilian innovation to one of the world's largest climate forums.
We built international bridges, expanded dialogue with research centers, and demonstrated that Brazilian milk has the sustainability and technology to offer the world.
Technology that gained muscle
2025 was also the year our technology took a leap forward.
We evolved the ESGpec suite, created new AI integrations, and made a robust upgrade to PEC Calc, ensuring greater accuracy, speed, and functionalities that made emissions analysis clearer and more accessible.
BEA Score and PEC Map have also advanced, bringing layers of intelligence, intuitive visualization, and integration between previously scattered data.
The tools have become more robust, smarter, and better prepared to scale along with the industry.
Real impact on farms
With Alvoar, we have advanced the implementation of the BEA Score on hundreds of farms and built a training program for field technicians.
With EduCampo Sebrae, we bring PEC Calc into the daily routine of farms, consolidating data and opening up space for unprecedented analyses on emissions.
Together with the Rurale team, pioneers in the use of our solutions, we have already evaluated the evolution of well-being indicators in the field.
These partnerships have shown that measuring, improving, and communicating sustainability has become a real practice in Brazil.
Training to transform
The year was also marked by training.
Luiz participated in the Regenerative Agriculture applied to Dairy and Beef Cattle course at GAAS, which brought together more than 800 participants, including producers, technicians, and professionals.
We also trained dozens of technicians in the use of the ESGpec platforms, integrating PEC Calc, BEA Score, and PEC Map into the daily routines of the farms.
It was accessible knowledge that was applied and connected to the reality of the field.
We closed the year with our doors open.
In the final stretch, we also joined the Allies for Impact team and the Impacta Brasil Portal, expanding our presence in the national ecosystem of innovation and socio-environmental impact.
2025 was intense, real, and transformative.
A year that showed that it's possible to do things differently, it's possible to do them better, and it's possible to do them together.
We remain steadfast, supporting livestock farming with data, technology, and positive impact.
Come join us in co-creating the next chapter.
ESGpec — sustainability that drives the field.
