The startup concludes the Women in Tech Triad among the top five female entrepreneurs, is included in the Top 1000 of the Sebrae Startups Award, and expands its presence in the main innovation ecosystems in Brazil and abroad.
ESGpec is experiencing a particularly important moment in its innovation journey.
After months of participation in the Tríade Women in Tech program, promoted by Sebrae and Ousaria Negócios to strengthen women entrepreneurs leading technology-based businesses, CEO and co-founder Bruna Figueiredo Silper was recognized as one of the five outstanding entrepreneurs of the edition and selected to represent the program at Startup Summit 2026 , one of the largest innovation and entrepreneurship events in Latin America.
This achievement adds to another important recognition obtained by the company: ESGpec's selection among the Top 1000 startups of the Sebrae Startups Award , a result that also guarantees its participation in the Startup Summit and in exclusive events promoted by Sebrae Startups with investors, large companies, and strategic players in the innovation ecosystem.
Thus, ESGpec will arrive at the Startup Summit through two distinct and complementary paths, both achieved through independent selection processes.
While Heloise Duarte , COO and co-founder, will represent the company as a selected startup in the Sebrae Startups Award, Bruna Figueiredo Silper will participate in the event representing Tríade Women in Tech, following the recognition gained at the end of the acceleration program.
A journey built with active participation.
From the start of the Women in Tech Triad, ESGpec sought to go beyond participation in workshops and mentoring. Throughout the journey, topics such as business modeling, market access, strategic positioning, artificial intelligence, pitching, and commercial strategy were incorporated into the company's planning, generating practical changes in how it communicates value to the market and structures its growth.
But one of the most remarkable movements emerged outside the official program. The team created the "Connections that Generate Value" series, an initiative that brought participating startups closer together through collaborative content, highlighting how different solutions can work in a complementary way to generate impact. The first connections involved companies such as MOVE.e, Waste Data, DS Agronegócio, and Ponto Sustentável, strengthening the visibility of the participants and stimulating new collaboration opportunities within the program's own ecosystem.
ESGpec also organized an exclusive event for the group, providing registrations for the Web Summit Rio and further encouraging integration among the participating female entrepreneurs.
Far beyond training.
For ESGpec, the Women in Tech Triad was more than just an acceleration program. The combination of high-level content, specialized mentoring, and genuine connections allowed them to transform learnings into strategic business decisions and expand the company's network within the innovation ecosystem.
The recognition at the end of the journey reinforces that the growth of a startup depends not only on the quality of the technology developed, but also on the ability to build relationships, share knowledge, and actively participate in the environments where innovation happens.
A trajectory built across different ecosystems.
The achievements in the Women in Tech Triad and the Sebrae Startups Award are part of a broader moment experienced by ESGpec. In recent months, the startup has expanded its presence in important national and international innovation programs, events, and initiatives.
Among these milestones is participation in the Web Summit Rio as an Impact Startup , where the company joined a global group of impact startups and presented its vision for the future of sustainability, data, and food production. During the event, Bruna Figueiredo Silper participated in the Startup Showcase , presenting how data and technology can transform sustainability commitments into measurable results for the production chain.
Internationally, Bruna is participating in the Swiss stage of the MassChallenge Switzerland , expanding ESGpec's relationship with one of the most relevant global innovation ecosystems. Simultaneously, the startup was announced as a finalist for the World Food Forum Startup Innovation Awards , an initiative promoted by the FAO to recognize innovative solutions capable of transforming global food systems.
Another important milestone was the start of the implementation of the project approved under Compete Minas , a FAPEMIG program focused on the development of innovative technologies in Minas Gerais.
Meanwhile, Heloise Duarte , COO and co-founder of ESGpec, was recognized as a finalist for the Women in Action 2026 award , promoted by Insper, which highlights women leaders in innovation and entrepreneurship.
More than just a series of recognitions, these achievements reflect a consistent company development strategy based on science, technology, collaboration, and generating impact.
Looking ahead
The Startup Summit represents another step in this journey. Arriving at the event through two distinct paths—as a startup selected among the Top 1000 of the Sebrae Startups Award and as a representative of the Women in Tech Triad after the recognition gained at the end of the acceleration program—reinforces ESGpec's ability to transform technical knowledge into applied innovation and to build relevant connections within the main entrepreneurship ecosystems.
While developing solutions that transform data into intelligence for more sustainable, efficient livestock farming, better prepared for climate and market challenges, ESGpec continues to expand its national and international operations, strengthening partnerships and contributing to increasingly transparent, resilient, and evidence-based food production.
Because, for ESGpec, innovation is not measured solely by the technologies developed. It is also built through the connections, collaboration, and trust gained along the way.
