ESGpec is selected for the Women in Tech Triad program.

ESGpec was selected for the Tríade Women in Tech program, an initiative of Sebrae Startups aimed at strengthening women entrepreneurs in the technology sector.

The selection process brings together startups operating in different areas of the innovation ecosystem in Minas Gerais, connecting businesses that combine technology, scalability, and potential for impact.

Among the selected companies, ESGpec stands out for its work in measuring and managing ESG indicators in dairy farming, connecting data, sustainability, and decision-making in the field.

A program that goes beyond training.

The Women in Tech Triad was structured to support women who are already building businesses in the technology sector and are seeking to advance in positioning, structure, and market access. The journey combines:

  • workshops with tech market experts

  • individual mentoring

  • connection with a community of female entrepreneurs

  • Developing an impactful pitch.

Throughout the program, participants go through three main pillars:

  • Multi-empowered : strengthening positioning and confidence

  • Multi-structured : business model organization, planning with OKRs, and use of AI.

  • Multiconnected : Market access strategies and opportunity building

The program also relies on an active community of female entrepreneurs, structured primarily via WhatsApp, focusing on sharing information, exchanging experiences, and building relevant connections among participants.

More than just a learning environment, the goal is to create a dynamic network where participants are encouraged to contribute, share their projects, and build relationships that extend beyond the program itself.

How does the journey work in practice?

The program follows a progressive structure over four months, combining technical content, strategic development, and monitoring of the participants' progress.

Among the main topics covered are:

  • entrepreneur's positioning

  • innovative business models

  • strategic planning with OKRs

  • using artificial intelligence for productivity

  • market access strategies

  • Building an impactful pitch

In addition to the meetings, the program includes diagnostic sessions, individual mentoring, and engagement monitoring throughout the journey, creating a logic of continuous evolution applied to the business.

This approach reinforces the practical nature of the program, connecting technical content with direct application in the day-to-day operations of startups.

The journey is led by Ousaria, which plays a key role in structuring the program, supporting participants throughout the process, and connecting content, practice, and business growth.

ESGpec and the advancement of the ESG agenda in agriculture.

ESGpec's participation in the program comes at a time when the ESG agenda is gaining momentum in the agricultural sector. The growing demand for traceability, emissions measurement, and proof of sustainable practices has transformed how the dairy supply chain is organized.

In this context, ESGpec works with solutions that allow measuring the carbon footprint, evaluating the ESG engagement of farms, structuring data for decision-making, and connecting producers, industries, and the market.

Joining the program reinforces this positioning, expanding access to strategic connections and accelerating the company's development in a structured innovation environment.

A network of women building the future of technology.

Being selected for the Women in Tech Triad program also represents entry into an environment of exchange with other female entrepreneurs who are developing solutions in different areas.

The diversity of selected startups highlights the breadth of the ecosystem, with solutions ranging from data-driven technology to digital solutions, innovation in different productive sectors, and new business models. More than just a list of participants, this group represents a network under construction, with the potential for collaboration, collective learning, and the generation of opportunities.

What's next?

At the end of the program, participants present their projects at Women in Tech Day, an in-person event that connects female entrepreneurs, experts, and the innovation ecosystem. In addition, the program offers an extra opportunity: a mission to the Startup Summit 2026 for the most engaged participants. More than just recognition, this selection marks a new cycle for ESGpec, now integrated into a structured environment of development, connection, and growth within the innovation ecosystem.

A cycle that reinforces the role of technology as the basis for the sustainable transformation of livestock farming and expands the company's potential impact on the sector.
