An initiative to assess the sustainability of dairy farms using real data and digital tools.
Educampo SEBRAE/MG Technicians: nominate 3 farms and be part of building a new future for livestock farming!
Participation is voluntary and the deadline for joining is August 25th.
What is the project?
The Sustainability and Carbon Footprint Project in Dairy Farming SEBRAE Educampo by ESGpec is a partnership between ESGpec and Educampo SEBRAE/MG that offers digital tools for measuring carbon footprint, animal welfare (BEA Score) and sustainability (ESG Farm Score) on dairy farms assisted by Educampo technicians .
Based on data already existing in the Educampo system and additional information obtained by technicians, it will be possible to generate ESG assessments, with technical support from the ESGpec team throughout the process.
How does it work?
Step 1
Voluntary registration of interested technicians , indicating 3 farms each.
Step 2
Online collective alignment (choose one of the 3 dates when registering).
Step 3
Individual analysis with ESGpec , with delivery of a personalized spreadsheet to each technician for completion and validation and instructions for filling out the BEA Score and ESG Farm Score by the technician, directly in the PEC Scores App.
Step 4
Validation of data in the field, filling in the scores in the App , and sending the spreadsheets with added and adjusted information to ESGpec.
The entire process is voluntary and includes support via WhatsApp .

About registration and participation
Preciso preencher todos os dados da fazenda agora?
Não. Você receberá um relatório para validação após o atendimento individual. No formulário, será necessário apenas indicar as 3 fazendas que irão participar do projeto.
Posso indicar qualquer fazenda atendida?
Sim! O projeto está aberto a todos os perfis de fazenda atendidos pelo Educampo. O objetivo é justamente entender diferentes realidades da produção leiteira e ampliar o impacto da sustentabilidade no setor.
Se eu preencher o formulário de interesse, significa que já estou participando do projeto?
Ainda não. Como o número de vagas é limitado, o Educampo SEBRAE/MG se reserva o direito de selecionar os participantes, priorizando a ordem de inscrição.
Posso trocar alguma das fazendas indicadas depois da inscrição?
Em princípio, não. A seleção das fazendas deve ser feita com atenção no momento da inscrição. Trocas serão analisadas apenas em casos excepcionais.
Quantas fazendas posso indicar?
Três fazendas por técnico.
Posso me inscrever em nome de outro técnico?
Não. A inscrição deve ser feita pelo próprio técnico responsável, pois as informações fornecidas serão utilizadas ao longo de todo o projeto e vinculadas ao seu login pessoal.
About mandatory steps
Se eu não participar do treinamento coletivo, estarei desqualificado?
Sim. A participação em uma das três sessões de alinhamento coletivo é obrigatória para integrar o projeto. Sem essa etapa, a continuidade não será possível.
Preciso participar dos três encontros coletivos online?
Não, você deve participar apenas de um treinamento coletivo. Disponibilizamos três datas apenas para que você possa escolher uma delas, a que seja a mais adequada para você.
E se eu não agendar ou comparecer à sessão de atendimento individual?
Nesse caso, infelizmente você será desqualificado. Essa etapa é essencial para analisar os dados da fazenda e seguir para as próximas fases do projeto.
O que acontece se eu não enviar os dados complementares e os escores no prazo?
O não envio dentro do prazo compromete o andamento da análise e a finalização do processo. Técnicos que não completarem essa etapa também serão desclassificados.

O que é a PEC Calc?
É a ferramenta digital da ESGpec usada para calcular a pegada de carbono da produção de leite. A partir dos dados da fazenda, ela estima as emissões por litro de leite e gera relatórios prontos para análise e tomada de decisão.
Receberei orientações sobre como preencher os escores?
Sim! Durante o atendimento coletivo você receberá as instruções e poderá esclarecer dúvidas no atendimento individual. Além disso, o App PEC Scores foi desenvolvido para facilitar o preenchimento com interface simples e intuitiva.
O que acontece se houver erro ou dúvida no preenchimento dos escores ou das planilhas?
Durante o atendimento individual e pelo grupo de suporte, a equipe da ESGpec estará disponível para esclarecer dúvidas e orientar correções. Você não estará sozinho no processo. Se for necessário, será possível agendar um segundo atendimento individual.
Será necessário lançar dados diretamente na calculadora?
Não. Os dados serão importados de planilhas individuais e personalizadas por técnico. Após a importação, será possível visualizar o cálculo completo dentro da PEC Calc, com total transparência.
Preciso entender de pegada de carbono para participar?
Não! Toda a parte técnica do cálculo é feita pela equipe da ESGpec. Você só precisa ajudar a validar e complementar os dados da fazenda — e será orientado em cada etapa do processo.
O que é o BEA Score e o ESG Farm Score?
São ferramentas digitais da ESGpec para avaliar bem-estar animal (BEA) e práticas sustentáveis (ESG) nas fazendas. Serão preenchidas pelos técnicos no App PEC Scores e fazem parte da avaliação completa.
O suporte estará disponível durante todo o projeto?
Sim! Os técnicos contarão com suporte por mensagem individual e também pelo grupo oficial do projeto no WhatsApp, desde o alinhamento até a finalização dos envios.
About sending data and results
Depois que eu validar e completar os dados da planilha base para o cálculo da pegada de carbono, como devo proceder?
Você poderá enviar a planilha preenchida por e-mail para contato@esgpec.com.br, no prazo estabelecido. Se necessário, também poderá solicitar uma segunda reunião individual para apoio nessa etapa.
Como os dados das fazendas serão utilizados?
Todos os dados serão utilizados de forma agregada e não identificada nos relatórios gerais do projeto. Nenhum produtor será exposto individualmente.
Posso usar os resultados do projeto em minhas próprias apresentações ou relatórios?
Sim, desde que respeitados os limites de confidencialidade e uso responsável dos dados. Os relatórios da sua fazenda estarão disponíveis para seu uso técnico.
Se eu participar de todas as etapas e enviar os dados, eles serão automaticamente utilizados nas análises?
Não necessariamente. A equipe técnica da ESGpec poderá descartar informações que apresentem inconsistências graves. Caso isso ocorra, o técnico será avisado ao final do processo.
Quem terá acesso aos resultados consolidados do projeto?
Os resultados gerais serão geridos pelo Educampo e poderão ser utilizados em ações de melhoria, capacitações e estratégias de comunicação, sempre respeitando a confidencialidade dos dados individuais.
Os técnicos terão acesso aos resultados das fazendas indicadas?
Sim. Cada técnico terá login e senha exclusivos para acessar os resultados completos das 3 fazendas indicadas, diretamente na plataforma PEC Calc.
As análises vão gerar algum tipo de laudo ou certificação?
Não se trata de um processo de certificação formal, mas os dados e relatórios gerados podem apoiar iniciativas futuras de qualificação, além de servirem como base técnica para ações sustentáveis na propriedade.

Os produtores receberão algum tipo de reconhecimento?
Estamos estudando a possibilidade de realizar uma premiação ou reconhecimento para os destaques do projeto. Caso isso aconteça, a identificação só será feita com autorização expressa do produtor.
Posso compartilhar informações sobre o projeto com os produtores?
Sim, fique à vontade! Você pode inclusive mostrar esta página para eles.

Download the App
For iOS users, the application can be downloaded from the App Store, while for Android users, it can be downloaded from Google Play.
In the search bar, type "ESGPEC" (together) to locate the application (see the image for reference) and proceed with the download.

Open the App and go through the first-time access welcome screens.
The first time you access the App, a sequence of 3 screens will be shown, click on 'Next', 'Next ' and 'OK'.

Enter your CPF when accessing for the first time after installation
To start using the application, the first step is to register your CPF, which will be linked to your account.
Enter and click 'Continue'.
NOTE: If you reinstall the app on another phone, the procedure will be the same. The CPF you used previously is your account identifier.

Complete your registration
On this screen, enter your details. The CPF number you entered on the previous screen will already be filled in. Complete the information and click 'Continue'.
Important: The phone number you provided will receive a verification code via SMS. If you enter the phone number incorrectly, it will be associated with your CPF (Brazilian Taxpayer Registry), and you will not be able to receive the code via SMS or reinstall the app, as your CPF is associated with the wrong phone number. In this case, please contact contato@esgpec.com.br. Please double-check the phone number you provided before confirming. If you change your phone number, please contact support to update your registration.

Enter the verification code
You'll receive a verification code via SMS, which you must enter on this screen. Click 'Validate Code' to begin your full in-app experience.

Starting to use the App
On the app's home screen, you'll find two items: "PEC scores" and "PEC solve." Select the first option, "PEC scores."

Informing you that you have a Voucher
Once you've obtained your voucher from the ESG PEC team, click 'I have a voucher.' This voucher is required to use the features.
The voucher is generated by the ESGPec team and is associated with the person's CPF.

Entering your voucher
Enter your Voucher and click 'Confirm'.
The Voucher is a 6-digit code that includes numbers and letters. Letters can be entered in uppercase or lowercase; both are accepted.
If you have forgotten your Voucher, please contact us by email at contato@esgpec.com.br, identifying yourself with your CPF.

Reporting property data
The property details are very important. Fill them out carefully, as they will also be used as the header for the PDF report that can be generated after completion. Click 'Continue'.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

When you register a property, your data is stored in the app. When you create a new survey of an already registered farm, enter your initials, and the system automatically retrieves the data, making filling it out easier.

Navigating through screens
Go through the sequence of 3 information screens, click on 'Next', ' Next' and 'Start' to access the Score and start filling it out.

BEA Score
The BEA Score is a digital and gamified diagnosis focused on animal welfare on farms.
The tool generates a score from 0 to 10, indicating the farm's level of attention to the five domains of animal welfare: adequate nutrition, comfortable environment, health and sanity, behavioral freedom, and positive emotional state.
In addition to facilitating dialogue with producers, the BEA Score delivers a report with results and practical guidance, supporting the development of personalized, data-driven action plans.

The ESG Farm Score allows for a diagnosis of engagement with sustainable practices, based on 11 criteria listed by the Dairy Sustainability Framework. The score ranges from 0 to 10, and the higher the score, the greater the application of sustainable practices on the farm.

What does the technician need to do?
Perda de conexão
Se o sinal de internet acabar durante o preenchimento do questionário, não há motivo para preocupação, pois o aplicativo permite continuar o preenchimento. Contudo, ao chegar ao final, caso você ainda esteja sem internet, você não terá acesso à pontuação.
Se você pretende iniciar o preenchimento em uma localidade sem conexão, sugerimos que você abra o App e inicie o preenchimento em local com conexão. Mantena o App aberto e você poderá usá-lo sem acesso à internet.
Nesse caso, feche o aplicativo, sem cancelar o preenchimento, apena feche o App arrastando a tela, como com qualquer outro aplicativo.
Quando estiver novamente em uma área com sinal de internet, você pode retomar o preenchimento, é só abrir o aplicativo e você retornará na fase onde parou, possibilitando gerar a pontuação final.
Cancelando o preenchimento
Se, durante o preenchimento, você clicar no botão sair, o preenchimento será cancelado e as informações, caso tenham sido incluídas, serão perdidas.
Se você tocar no item acidentalmente, o aplicativo exibirá uma mensagem de alerta, perguntando se realmente deseja interromper o processo. Se você clicou por engano, clique em NÃO, nesta mensagem. Se realmente deseja cancelar, clique em SIM.
Consultando enunciados de perguntas maiores
Textos mais longos podem exibir uma barra lateral que precisa ser rolada para permitir a leitura da pergunta completa.
Ajudas nas perguntas
Muitas perguntas, tem um ícone de interrogação, no canto superior direito. Nestes casos, ao clicar na interrogação, você acessará informações relevantes, relacionadas à pergunta, para aprofundar o entendimento, adquirir conhecimentos, enfim, apoiar o preenchimento.
